The Ministry of Roads and Highways (MRH) intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to payments under the contract for Consultancy Services for Development of Koforidua Training Centre (KTC) to a Centre of Excellence for practical oriented training for Construction and Management of Road Infrastructure in Ghana.
The services include development of a comprehensive report on vision, policy and sustainable training to align KTC with overall MRH strategy with specific efficiency outcomes. The Consultant is expected to submit report indicating steps in developing KTC to a Centre of Excellence for practical oriented training for Construction and Management of Road Infrastructure in Ghana.
The Ministry of Roads and Highways (MRH) now invites Individual Consultant to submit Expression of Interest together with information on their qualifications and relevant experience including Curriculum Vitae (CV) for the development of KTC to a Centre of excellence for practical oriented training for construction and management of road infrastructure in Ghana (hereinafter called “Services”). More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference (TOR).

The Terms of Reference for the assignment and format for CV can be obtained from the Office of the Director of Procurement, 3rd Floor, Room 308 during office hours from 08:00 to 17:00 hours GMT.
The Individual Consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) and Public Procurement (Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act 914) of the Republic of Ghana.
